Our principle: collect as little as possible
Bitu is a very lightweight site; we have neither the motive nor the means to hoard your personal data. Our approach is to collect little at the source — what we don't collect can't be leaked or misused. Here's the detail, point by point.
Static pages and self-hosted fonts
The whole site is static pages, with no account system; you don't need to register or log in, and we don't ask you for personal information like your name or phone number. The fonts the pages use are self-hosted on this site, and we don't call third-party font services like Google Fonts. That means when you open a page, your browser won't hand your visit record (such as your IP) to a third party just to load a font.
Calculators run on your device
The fee calculator, position calculator, and other tools on the site are pure front-end; all calculation happens in your own browser. The amounts and rates you enter are not uploaded to any server, and we never receive or see them. Close the page and those inputs are gone.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies for tracking you by default, and embeds no advertising or analytics scripts for cross-site tracking. We think reading a how-to guide shouldn't mean being tailed the whole way.
If in future we add some kind of visit measurement (for instance to understand which article is useful), we'll prefer a privacy-respecting option that doesn't do cross-site tracking, and update this page to make clear what's collected and why. Until then, this paragraph describes the current state.
Server access logs
Like the vast majority of websites, the server hosting this site may technically produce standard access logs (such as IP, browser type, and visit time) to keep the site running and secure. Such logs are handled by the host per its usual practice, and we don't use them to identify you personally or build a profile of you.
Third-party links
The site links to external sites like Binance. Once you open one, the other side's own privacy policy applies, not this one. If, say, you go to register with Binance through our link, Binance handles your information by its own rules, which is beyond our control — please read the other side's terms.
Your rights
We respect the rights granted to you by privacy regulations around the world (including the GDPR), such as to access, correct, and delete personal data about you, and to object to processing. Since we barely collect any personally identifiable information in the first place, in most cases there's nothing to process; but if you've emailed us and want the correspondence deleted, or have any other privacy-related request, write to [email protected] and we'll cooperate within reason.
Policy updates
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and note the date. This page was last updated on 2026-06-13.
