For corrections or questions, email [email protected]. This is the only contact channel we monitor; the site has no live chat and no official group — anyone calling themselves "Bitu support" who pulls you into a group or DMs you is not us.
We especially welcome these kinds of messages:
- Corrections. Found a sentence that's wrong, data that's out of date, a dead link? Tell us, and after verifying we'll fix it and log it in the corrections log.
- Additions. A trap you hit, or a cheaper way you found — if it helps other beginners, we'd love to hear it and will consider adding it to the articles.
- Partnership. Content, reprints, and the like also go through this email.
What we don't do
So as not to waste your time, a few things up front:
- We don't give one-to-one investment advice. What to buy, when to get in or out, whether to add to a position — we won't answer, because it depends on your situation and judgment, and no one can carry that responsibility for you. The related risk notes are all in the risk & disclaimer.
- We don't hold your assets. We don't take your money, don't operate your account for you, and don't touch your coins. Any claim that has you transfer money or coins to "Bitu" is fake.
Anti-impostor reminder (keep this in mind) We will never proactively ask you for your login password, codes, a Google Authenticator one-time code, or your private key or seed phrase. Binance's official side won't either. Whoever asks for these is a scammer, no matter how much their avatar or name looks like "Bitu" or "Binance official." Block them on the spot, no hesitation. For how to spot fake apps and fake support, see this piece.
How long to expect a reply
We're a small team; we'll try to reply within a reasonable time when we see your email, but we can't reply instantly, and we'll be slower when things are busy — thanks for your patience. For useful things like corrections, we'll prioritize.
